Regardless of your dominant hand, its always better to have both a RIGHT and a LEFT grind hook knife. It will give you many more grasp options and make carving safer. Right-handed users will mainly draw a RIGHT ground knife towards themselves and the LEFT ground knife away from them. Vice-versa for Left-handed users.

The back of the Morakniv HOOK KNIFE 164 is not sharp which allows you to push the blade with your fingers from the back.
The blade has the tightest curve of any Morakniv hook knife.
