Please note that now the UK has left the EU your parcel may be subject to import duties which are applied when delivery reaches its destination.

There may be occasions when we have to contact customers individually regarding revised shipping rates especially to Worldwide destinations once orders have been packaged for shipment.  Please note long handled items are usually unable to be shipped outside the UK.

Shipping tracking information will only be updated once the consignment is processed by the local postal service in the respective country.
